His book, The Case for More Bad Ideas, argues that the fastest route to a breakthrough runs straight through the ideas everyone is too embarrassed to say out loud. He has spoken at Dreamforce, SXSW, Mobile World Congress, and for HubSpot, Southwest Airlines, PRSA, AMA, and the American Advertising Federation.
